  1. Now i wonder how will person who's food triggers their allergies. Like me, im no joking im allergic to egg,seafood, soy, beans, mayo, chicken, ham, hotdogs, sausage, even the the slightest once triggers allergies i can eat it but not too much like three tablespoons or one it wasnt like this three years ago it only started december when i was in seventh grade and since then i adjusted my food. But my weight bothers me so much that i had to go through crush diet and it was bad idea. I wanr to try keto diet but the food is my problem.
